Section 1 Rules and Restrictions

As well as these Terms, other terms and conditions provided by Travel Providers (such as an airline’s conditions of carriage, a property’s terms and conditions, or a car rental company’s rental policies) also apply to your booking (“Rules and Restrictions”). You must accept these Rules and Restrictions to complete a booking.

Section 2 Using Our Service

• You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts.
• You agree to use our Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• To access all features, you will need to create an account and safeguard your account credentials.

Section 3 Confirming a Booking

Your Booking Confirmation details the essential elements of your booking, including pricing and travel descriptions. We will send your confirmation and relevant travel documents to the email address provided during booking.

Section 4 Payment

Prices for travel services are dynamic and subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes or tax recovery charges may be included in the displayed prices or collected locally by travel providers.

Section 5 Cancelling or Changing a Booking

Cancellations or changes can be requested via our customer support channels. You do not have an automatic right to cancel or change a booking unless permitted under the travel provider's Rules and Restrictions. Additional fees or administration charges may apply.

Section 6 Travel Service Specific Terms

• Stays: Options may include Pay Now or Pay Later models. Additional property deposits or local city taxes may apply.
• Flights: Fares are governed by airline rules and restrictions. Standalone flight payments are collected on behalf of the airline travel provider.
• Cars: Drivers must present a valid license and a major credit card matching their name upon collection.
• Packages: Combining separate travel services constitutes a Package, with each individual component subject to its respective rules.

Section 7 International Travel

You are solely responsible for reviewing government travel advisories, ensuring compliance with health and vaccination mandates, and holding valid passports and visas for international travel.

Section 8 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiingle Travel accepts no liability for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, or negligence of third-party Travel Providers. Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Section 9 Content

By submitting content, reviews, or photographs to our service, you grant Jiingle Travel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, and publicly display such content.

Section 10 Intellectual Property Policy and Notices

All contents of our platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws belonging to Jiingle Travel or our licensors.

Section 11 Software Available on Our Service

Any software made available to download is the copyrighted work of our company or suppliers and is governed by applicable end-user license agreements.

Section 12 Artificial Intelligence

Certain features on our platform utilize artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools. AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistance purposes on an "as-is" basis.
