When implementing an itinerary designed by Jiingle Travel LLC, all travel bookings (including flights, lodging, and tours) are made directly by the client with third-party service providers. Those third-party contracts are subject to the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and liability waivers of each respective provider.
4. Payment Terms & Service Fees
All service fees for consultations, custom itineraries, and research packages are billed as outlined at the time of order confirmation. Payments are processed securely via third-party credit card processors. Any cancellation or fee dispute is governed by our published Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Jiingle Travel LLC shall not be held liable for flight delays, schedule changes, cancellations, baggage losses, personal injury, property damage, force majeure events, or operational failures caused by third-party airlines, accommodations, or travel operators.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
