Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. All prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how jiingel travel collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Refund Policy

Cancellations by You

Cancellations made 90 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a standard administrative fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, global pandemics), we will offer a full travel credit for future use.
